Hola Novia,
This whole week was very busy. And i actually did most of the spirit day things, all but wacky tacky cos my bag broke and i didnt have enough room in my other bag to bring wacky clothes to school to change into after band. I had four tests and 2 quizes. I got a 100 on my AP Hum Geo test and like an 95 on my chemistry test and sadly a 78 on my pre calc test. I got an 85 on my stats quiz, a 92 on precalc quiz and a 75 on my spanish quiz. I did a spanish project Thursday night in like an hour where we had to make a poster about somebody latino person that is famous. I did Pancho Villa. I basically used google translator. We finished our band thingy and our first competition is next saturday. I bought my dress and accessories. i had panera bread and chipotle.
I disagree with you about pep rallys cos ours are pretty good. plus our mascot, Knightro, is pretty awesome. We always stay till the end of the game, even on two hour away games so feel my tiredness. The score of our homecoming game was my international birthday so i was very excited about that. We won 27 to 7.
When i got my hair cut i got some stuff to help with the frizz that i have been getting since i moved here so im happy about that.
Oh i forgot to add that i wrote two consecutive essays that were extremely easy for geography. They were about the Caste System in India and the effect that westernization has on it. And my other one was on this nuclear explosion in Ukraine and its shorterm and long term effects.
I spent the night last night at my friends house, and we watched Amercian pie and this eighties movie that was like She's the Man but so much better. Then this morning we went to see Easy A. It was awesome, if you havent already seen it YOU SHOULD. Any who i ain't got anything else to say so Ciao Muchacha.

I hope you get a song stuck in your head after this post
What's new pussycat?
Augh, I so didn't know I was supposed to post yesterday. I don't know why I thought that, but I did.
I just woke up, so I'm still a little out of it. Or rather entirely out of it. We had a football game yesterday, and normally we leave after half time, and if we had left after half time I don't think I would have had a meltdown last night that just was not good. But I'm not gonna get into that here.
Homecoming week has been crazy. My friend Matt got nominated for king, when he didn't really care nor necessarily want it. In fact, he won superhero day on thursday (He was Raphael the teenage mutant ninja turtle =]), and was really annoyed because he had to wear something nice instead for the pep rally yesterday. And then he won king xD
Side bar about pep rallies. They are just creepy. I mean, really creepy. I don't know why it never occurred to me before, but it makes total sense now. And I was completely creeped out. Although, luckily I was sitting by Hope for it, and she, while not having the exact same opinion, did agree with me to an extent.
I had three tests this week. My physics test, I got all the questions right, including the level four questions (to get an A, you need to get threes on everything, to get an A+ you need to try and get right at least one of the level fours. I got all four of the level fours right). Then we had a math test. And the kids in my math class I think are encouraged far to much to use their calculators. So of course, for my test, I ended up getting all of the noncalculator right, and two of the calculator wrong, but then got the extra credit noncalculator. And then, we had a history test friday, and for that test I memorized the following during to of my classes before it that day:
Anne of Aargon, Anne Boleyn, Jane Seymour, Anne of Cleves, Catherine Harding, Catherine Parr.
Bohemien Phase (C v. P, C win), Danish Phase (C v. P, C win), Swedish Phase (C v. P, P win), French Phase (French stop secretly supporting the Protestants, and openly join, despite being catholic, C win).
1517, 95 Theses
1521, Diet of Worms
1555, Peace of Augsburg
1545-1563, Council of Trent
1533, Act in Restraint
1534, Supremacy Act
1598, Declaration of Nantes
1518, Defenestration of Prague
1548, Peace of Westphalia
1518-1538, 30 years war.
So I already knew a lot of other stuff too, but I was so amazed that I managed to not only memorize all of those dates and other things, but for it to stick is amazing. The test ended up being so much easier than last time, and I really think I have a chance of getting a 5 this year!
Side Bar: We had to write 4 FRQs, and most of the sophomores finally learned that AP stands for Advance Procrastination, but they were all complaining about how much their hands hurt, and I was like, seriously? I wrote all four in a row, and my hands don't hurt at all. Glad we took US last year =)
And finally, I still have to get a bag or something to go with my dress, so I think my mom and I are just gonna go to Kohls since it's down the road. I totally wish we were going to our first homecomings together. It just doesn't seem particularly right, you know?
And there will be a picture of the dress and shoes tomorrow, I promise.

PS: I expect you to be able to know right away who those women were. At least one should have been recognizable.

The weekend is almost over =(
Dear blueberry muffin,
Right now i should be doing homework but im writing this because i love you more than all my homework i have received this year combined... dont you feel deeply loved.
My dad left for a 10 day tdy, so im stuck with my mom. I am getting my haircut some time this week, im not sure which day yet. im gonna see the movie Easy A next weekend. Gonna go shopping for jeans, lol i almost wrote genes. Since Old Navy is right by borders i may be finally able to buy some new books.
Did i tell you that my parents went to Chipotle without me last weekend, I am very upset at them for that.
I have decided that i am probably going to go to texas a&m for my bachelors and master's degree, though i may decide to go to UT at Austin for my master's degree and be self-loathing ( because the schools are huge rivals).
I want to see picture of your homecoming dress and PINK shoes. I think it maybe a good thing that you didnt end up getting the converse because of the fact that people might associate you with Twilight and that would be horrible. Maybe you should just wear your Tonks costume, lol
Now i must bid adue(sp?) and finish my geography homework so that i can practice me instrument and memorize my last part.
Cher, aka your sticky rice
PS: You know you're a band geek when you go to a music store and all you buy is a box of reeds, a mouthpiece brush, and some flip folder pages yet when you get home you are super duper excited about your purchase
PPS: I LOVE NUMBER 315 of xkcd

I was gonna make a video, but I forgot xD
Hey there rocky road
I almost forgot to do this. It had nothing to do with lack of dedication. Everything to do with my day, which I will now tell you about.
Morning: perfectly fine. Watched buffy, had dominoes pizza for breakfast, watched the end of bill maher from the day before. All Good
Then my mom and I went on the search for my dress. We went to Kohls, and they didn't have anything, so we decided to go to JC Penny, and ended up going to the one in Wisconsin. I chose the second dress I put on. It had been complete chance that I had grabbed it, and the only other one I'd liked had ended up being super low cut, and thus a no no. So the dress was fine.
And then we searched for shoes.
If I walk into a shoe store in the next two months, IT WILL BE TOO SOON.
First: My dress, while very lovely, does not match well with shoes.
Second: I cannot walk in heels, period
Third: Almost the only dress shoes available are 4 inch heels, then the rest are smaller heels, and the occasional pair of flats.
Fourth: They did not have the silver chucks I had been thinking of when we went into the converse store, and bc of wanting to find those chucks, I'd basically ignored everything one of the stores we went into had.
Fifth: Twice I found shoes I liked. Both times they didn't have my size, or anywhere near my size.
Sixth: we ended up having to go to a different mall, I had that many issues with this!
Seventh: ADLAKFHLRHGGRWALKJBwfndjlahertiue!!!!!
And then after that, we went to icing, and I got new hair chopsticks since I lost half of one of my pair.
After going to the grocery store, we got home at 7:30. Then I was texting Bree and David while helping set the table and watching my parents make dinner. Then we ate. Then my dad and I watched the Garden State while I was texting David. Then I continued to text david, and realized that it was about 11:15. I am still texting him, but I'm also writing this.
Now, I was going to post a pic of my dress and shoes, but I'm using my cell for other purposes right now. So I will just post a pic of me wearing it saturday for sundays post.
Cheers,
Jess

Im all hot and wet, innuendo intended.
Ps its cos im all sweaty from band cos its still really really hot and humid in good old texas.
hola mi amore.
I must love you very much cos right now i really want to curl up in the fetal position and fall asleep.
today i had a chemistry test that i didnt think i did very well in, but anyway in my chemistry test there was a question that asked in what state does the substance have a distinct shape... and one of the options was the lone star state. i was very tempted to pick that one.
The Steele Knights beat the Southwest Dragons in the Medieval Bowl, aka tonight's football game. and i forgot how hard it was to march on a field that wasnt turf and how bumpy that is. I told every one that they are just lucky that it was muddy cos that is the worst.
Milea and i sang nineties songs on the way to the game. Oh and we passed a place called Samuel's Glass Co. but the G and L werent lit up so it sad Samuel's ass Co. I found that hilarious. cos i may be slightly immature.
I got a seventy on my spanish quiz today, its passing but i dont think my madre will be very happy when she checks gradespeed. Oh well.
As i said in the beginning, my bed is calling me and i must submit into its call and lay down and go to sle...

I really want to use a number 3 pencil now.
I am writing this when i could be cleaning my room, the things i do for YOU. My week has been long and sleep- deprived, well until today. On Monday i really didn't do much except clean my bathroom and some laundry and read fanfiction. I wish i could of gone to Six Flags but my family is poor at the moment since they are paying for two mortgages cos the renters in our other house moved. On Tuesday, as i told you before, it stormed the entire day. A lot of roads were closed and band practice was canceled as well as all the sports. The classes in the portables were either moved in to the computer labs, or in the auditorium. I had spanish in the auditorium, which was good cos i forgot to do my homework. On Wednesday, like you was permit day, however mine was split into half. We went to get my permit and arrived at the plays around 5, on wednesdays they stop testing at 630 and everyother day at 430 so everybody comes on wednesdays. We waited for like 2 hours so it was like 7 and i couldnt test but we got everything registered. So on thursday during lunch i took the test and barely passed cos i missed like 5 questions and the most you can get wrong is 6. So later that night my dad took me driving, on a real road, however i learned the basics to driving on my grandparents farm before, it took me a while to go like 40 miles per hour and then when i got comfortable i started speeding cos i could keep at a steady speed. I also almost hit a deer, but thankfully didnt, though it would have been a funny story. Oh and earlier that day the juniors had a class meeting in auditorium at my school about class rings and before this guy sitting behind me called out my name. I turned around and didnt recognize him and he said " Ramstein, Germany; 4th grade; Ms Lagerquist class. It felt like when i saw Kaimana again on the first day of school at the bus stop in 8th grade. Its weird how its always fourth grade people. Anyway yesterday we had another football game to go to of course. it was like 2hrs away so we got charter buses to go on. We watched the movie Bolt on the way there though mainly talked and listen to music, i had my friend Milea listen to Mansion Song. We sadly lost but we got more touchdowns in every quarter except the second. And i didnt mess up at all during halftime even though i had to go pee and i almost fell asleep in every single class. The game ended at like 10 and the movie on the back to Steele was Secondhand lions and i couldnt fall asleep so i watched it but then i finally fell asleep when we were like 10 minutes away from school but my dad called me when my phone was in my hand so i woke up and couldnt go back to school. Oh and my sister called during the bus ride and asked me the rules to some drinking game, i think that she may have been a little bit drunk. We didn't get back to the school till like 12 and so i got home at like 1245, i fell asleep at like 1 and then go woken up like at 7 cos my parents were fighting, i fell back to sleep at like 11 then slept until 240 so today hasnt really been very productive.
Bye, pickled eggs
PS I have discovered that since i got my iphone i type a lot faster, i think that they should allow texting on a full keyboard phone allowed in school cos it helps with typing on a computer so they can take out the typing classes out of the curriculum.
