The things I do for you.

Hey there cupcake!

I am missing out on Date Night for this (the movie). The things I do for you.

Right, so very busy week. Monday was labor day, and so I went to six flags with maddy. It was almost entirely spontaneous, because I called her at 9:30 the night before and asked her if she was busy. Tuesday was the day of insane wind, where I felt like I could fly during band practice. Wednesday was permit day, and then dad had me drive his car, which was scary as hell. Thursday I finished my homework before five, and didn't know what to do with myself, so I went on a run. Worst. Idea. Ever. I always forget how much I hate running until halfway through, and I think what annoys me most about running is all the extra saliva produced. Then today, my dad took me to drive around in my mom's car. So we're driving, and I'm starting to feel more comfortable with 15-20 mph with turns, and signals and all that (he only pulled the E brake twice, and he said one of them was his fault that he'd had to), so then, he guides me through all of these parking lots, and I was thinking it was just to get me used to cars, then BAM I realize he's about to put me on the road, and so I drove home (no turns, just straight home), and totally screwed up pulling into our driveway, and then we switched and he drove us to wally world so we could get stuff for burgers tonight.

I'm excited for Wednesday, because we're getting our essays back from English, and I really haven't been properly critiqued on anything I've written in so long that I'm just bouncing in anticipation. I know I'm probably gonna get like a three or a four, but I love knowing that I'm getting good input from someone who really gets English, you know?

Oh, and we were going to go to six flags tomorrow, but that is a bust because it is 70% chance of thunder storms. But I'm gonna get up rather early tomorrow and clean my room so that I can still hang out with Bree. Although we might not end up hanging at my house, but I need to do it anyways... I'm trying to think of the last time I had anyone over from my school, and it was late july/early august, and we spent most of our time blowing bubbles. I think Bree is definitely a bubble blower. And maybe I'll get some chalk since I've been planning on doing that for a while anyways... Sounds like a perfect Saturday to me!

Oh, and it's so crazy, homecoming tickets here start at $15. At our old school didn't it start at about $50 or $60? But I'm probably bringing Maddy, so I have to wait a week to get a permission slip to bring someone outside of school, which means the cheapest I can get is $20. I'm excited to buy a formal dress though. I've never had one. And Maddy plans on trying to talk me up to someone, while I'm going to warn people to stay away from her because of what she did over the summer.

I dunno if I told you that story. See, I was texting my boyfriend of the time, and talking with Maddy, when she takes my phone, calls him, and tells him I just got hit with a car. So yeah, I don't want her anywhere near the someone she's planning on talking up. Of course, I think she just didn't like that boyfriend in general for a lot of reasons. Teased me about the pronunciation of his name. Sad really.

I don't know what to do with myself now, because I wanna watch the movie, but I can't really explain it if I come back down again. The things I do for you sugar, the things I do.

Lots of love,
your peanut butter cup

PS: For your entertainment.
